Food Hygiene

Its important to have a balanced nutritious diet and free from toxins.  When preparing and cooking food is very important to follow a few important food safety requirements, such as:

. Check the freezers’ conditions, a temperature of -18ºC (0ºF) is essential;
. Check packaging condition;
. Check if the food is properly protected (don’t buy food exposed to insects);
. Handle food as least as possible;
. Use tongs or gloves whenever necessary;
. Keep hair, clothes and nails clean;
. Don’t mix knifes when preparing different foods
